What is commercial conveyancing?

Commercial conveyancing is the buying or selling of:

  • Office buildings
  • Retail complexes
  • Industrial buildings and estates

Do I need a conveyancer?

    If buying or selling, consideration must be given to the terms of any leases, if these are registered on title, a full assessment of the terms in each agreement.
  • Service Agreement 
    Elevators, fire services, cleaning and building management are all based on contract and a review of these documents is required to understand the extent of the legal obligation owed.
  • Insurance 
    Terms and conditions placed on insurance policies are often one sided, in favour of the insurance company, and your potential exposure must be understood.
